The mission of Professional Standards is to promote and maintain the highest degree of professional conduct among the agents at American Airlines by serving as an in-house means to resolve disputes of a professional or personal nature, both between agents and between agents and others. Ultimately, we deal with human engagement and peer-to-peer conflict resolution.
